SC Simbac SA is a privately owned company which was established by dividing the former Industrial Building General Trust Enterprise Oradea, Bihor County, on 19th february 1991. The society's social capital is now worth 2,021,551 lei. The turnover in the last three years (2008, 2009 and 2010) is worth 6,133,204 euros.

The society now holds a staff of 210 employees with indefinite period contracts, cutting-edge technical equipment and means of transport and production halls specific to the main activity, with an activity mainly in the domain of industrial, civil, agricultural, town buildings and roads and bridges.

Society's main activities are concretized in construction-assembly works execution, making, transporting and pumping concrete, ballast products extraction and processing, being organised in two divisions as it follows:

1. Construction-assembly division with the following structure:

- construction-assembly building sites

- metallic constructions and confections

- steel concrete fiitings making and casing

- aluminium and PVC carpentry

2. Technological machinery and equipment division with the following structure:

- concrete stations

- gravel pit and sorting station

- means of transport and special technological machinery, autocranes, molding concrete pumps, embankment equipment.
